This menu is a tuna bowl finished with a "special sauce" that is a blend of two types of soy sauce and rice vinegar. Tuna fillets and tataki are placed on top, and you can enjoy the texture and taste of both the existing popular menus "Tuna Tataki Don" and "Tetsubi Don". The crisp tuna and the refreshing "special sauce" are a combination that makes food even in the hot summer.
At the same time, "Mini Negitoro Don" and "Mini Iron Fire Bowl" will be released. The price is 350 yen each.
