This is a menu of grilled beef mixed with sweet and spicy warishita and served on cold "bukkake udon" with tororo and hot spring eggs. Tororo, hot spring eggs, and warishita are mixed and entwined with meat and udon, so you can enjoy a thick texture and mellow richness.
