"Astringent chestnut and berry favorite parfait" will be on sale from September 29th to October 31st at each afternoon tea and tea room store. The price is 900 yen (tax included).
This is a parfait with pie, strawberry sauce and whipped cream layered on marron mousse, which is a combination of Italian marron paste and custard cream. It is topped with refreshing sour cassis, creamy vanilla ice cream, and two types of chestnuts. You can enjoy a different taste by sprinkling the attached espresso sauce.
