"Mt. Fuji shaved ice" from Shizuoka prefecture
The "Local Shaved Ice Festival" will be held for 7 days from August 10th to 16th at the shopping mall "AEON Lake Town" in Koshigaya City, Saitama Prefecture. Admission is free.
This is a gourmet event where you can enjoy a total of 50 types of shaved ice. This year, in addition to "local shaved ice" from all over the country, unique "world shaved ice" will be on sale.

Fuji Natural Ice Brewery Fuji Shaved Ice Studio "Sekka" (Tokyo) Tokyo), Shizuoka Oden "Ogawa" (Shizuoka Prefecture), and "Koshigaya City Product Exhibition Hall" (Koshigaya City), all 5 stores.

・ Kakigori Shop LOVE'S "Tochiotome milk with pulp" Tochiotome milk with pulp
Kakigori is made with a fluffy and delicate texture by making use of the highly transparent and hard natural ice that is slowly made over time. In addition to "Tochiotome milk with pulp", "Blueberry fromage" is also available.
・ Yohei Asakusa "Fluffy Matcha" A shop on the back of Nakamise Street in Asakusa. Along with the famous fried rice cakes and dumplings, the summer specialty is "Yobei's shaved ice." It is said that it is made by fluffy carving "seasoned ice balls". In addition to "Fluffy Matcha", "Same Strawberry Milk" and "Same Mango", "BiliBili Denki Milk", which is finished with "Denki Bran", is also available for the first time.

In addition to selling "Okinawa Zenzai," which is a combination of ice and large Kintoki beans, and Kagoshima's specialty, "Shirokuma," which is made with condensed milk, various types of shaved ice with "local syrup" from all over the country are also available.
In addition, "Kakigori of the World", which brings in ingredients and recipes from overseas and reproduces the taste of "just like the real thing", has also appeared. Unique people such as candy-shaped Indian shaved ice "Gora", Turkish "Visibiji" tasted with syrup extracted from roses, and fluffy shaved ice "Menmenpin" originating in Taiwan will be lined up.
