"Coffee Cream Taiyaki" is a taiyaki made of sticky coffee dough and filled with coffee custard. I am a big fan of Famima's "Cream Taiyaki Custard! I can't get enough of the sticky texture of the dough. This is the coffee cream version, so I had no choice but to try it!


The dough's stickiness is amazing! The texture is so chewy and has a different charm from the usual taiyaki, which are baked to a crisp.

And then there is the cream, which is filled to the brim! The coffee cream here is a bittersweet taste! Coffee flavored sweets often end up being too sweet, but this one has a good balance of bitterness that can also be enjoyed. The cream's richness and heaviness are also irresistible. It's so good!
