KALDI Rou Lo Fan Furikake

I actually tried "Rou Lo Fan (roasted rice) Furikake" sold at KALDI Coffee Farm. It contains 30 grams of furikake and is priced at 192 yen (tax included).

"Rou-Rou Fan Furikake" is a furikake with pork, shiitake mushrooms, onions, octagonal horns, sesame seeds, and other ingredients in a sweet and spicy soy sauce-based flavor. It can be served with hot rice, rice balls, pasta and other noodle dishes, or mixed with rice to make fried rice. It can be enjoyed in a variety of ways depending on the arrangement.

The package design is also cute! It depicts items that symbolize Taiwan.


When you open the package, you will see ...... Oh! Amazing! The fragrance is already luorofan! It smells so good! The sprinkles are large. It also contains plenty of sesame seeds.


The large grains give it a crunchy texture. The sweet and spicy seasoning, sesame aroma, and the fresh taste of the octagon match each other, making this a highly reproducible dish! It is a little disappointing that the juiciness of the rou roe fan cannot be felt due to the sprinkling, but the flavor reproduction is still amazing. The spices are not too strong, and even children can enjoy this dish.
