Chiikawa Curry Curry [Pork & Corn Sweet Taste] and Chiikawa Furikake Mini Packs to become standard products!

Marumiya Foods will start selling "Chii-Kawa Curry Pork & Corn Sweet Taste" and "Chii-Kawa Furikake Mini Packs" on February 9, 2023, using the character "Chii-Kawa" by popular illustrator Nagano in the package design. The product was sold for a limited time in 2022, but has been made into a regular product with some changes in content.

The main ingredients are soft pork

and

corn, and four kinds of vegetables (potatoes, carrots, onions, and tomatoes).


The mild pork-based curry is balanced with the sweetness of apples to create a mild and spicy flavor that is easy for people who do not like spicy food and small children to enjoy. It can be eaten without heating it up.

The product contains 160 grams and retails for 151 yen (tax included). One of 20 Marumiya's original "glitter stickers" is included.

Chiikawa Furikake Mini Packs"

are a mini pack containing 6 bags of egg, 6 bags of salmon, 4 bags of cod roe, and 4 bags of vegetables, for a total of 20 bags. The sachets are convenient for use not only at the dinner table but also in lunch boxes.


The design of some of the sachets is based on the furikake that Hachiware collects in the manga. The package also features a newly-drawn illustration of the "Chiikaware" eating furikake, exclusive to this product.

The 50g (1.76oz) package contains six 2.5g (0.18oz) (egg), six 2.5g (0.18oz) (salmon), four 2.5g (0.18oz) (cod roe), and four 2.5g (0.18oz) (vegetable) pouches. Suggested retail price is 259 yen (tax included). One of Marumiya's original "Glitter Sticker" out of a total of 20 types is included.
