Ginza Renga" and "Ginza Rum Raisin Chocolat Sablé" Ginza Kozy Corner stores will sell the popular annual chocolate sweets "Ginza Renga" and "Ginza Rum Raisin Chocolat Sablé" from January 25 (Wednesday) to mid-March.

Ginza's

Renga

: Fresh chocolate "Ginza's Renga" is popular for its delicate mouth feel. It will be available for a limited time only in hopes that people will enjoy authentic raw chocolate made by a confectionary specialty store during this time of year when chocolate is in short supply.

Cacao beans, which are the key to the taste of chocolate, are carefully selected. By carefully kneading high-quality fresh cream from Hokkaido, we have pursued a delicate melt-in-your-mouth texture that melts like snow the moment you put it in your mouth.


The lineup includes three types (milk, bitter, and strawberry) and two assortments. All require refrigeration.

Ginza Brick Milk

: Milk chocolate made from Venezuelan cacao beans blended with fresh cream from Hokkaido. 33% of the cacao beans are from Venezuela. The rich flavor of the cacao and the richness of the milk melt smoothly together. 648 yen for 12 pieces (tax included, same as below).


Ginza Bricks Bitter

Sweet chocolate made from cacao beans from Cote d'Ivoire, blended with two types of rum. 68% of the cacao beans are from Côte d'Ivoire. 648 yen for 12 pieces.


Ginza's Brick Strawberry

"Amao" strawberry puree and white chocolate are kneaded together with fresh Hokkaido cream. The subtle tartness and gorgeous aroma of the strawberries match the mild taste of the white chocolate. 756 yen for 12 pieces.

Deux

: Assortment of two types of raw chocolate, "milk" and "bitter"; 918 yen for 16 pieces.

- assortment of three types of chocolate: milk, bitter and strawberry. 24 pieces, 1,404 yen.


Ginza Rum Raisin Chocolat Sablé

: Chocolat cream made with Belgian chocolate and fermented butter, combined with homemade rum raisins made with three kinds of rum, sandwiched between bittersweet cocoa sablé. The rich chocolate cream, mellow rum raisins, and crispy sablet create a luxurious taste.


Price: 1,080 yen. Refrigeration required.

No stores in Hokkaido, Kyushu, Fukui, Kyoto, Shiga, Tottori, Shimane, Yamaguchi, Ehime, and Kochi prefectures carry this product.
