Pasta Kamara DORA Brown Cheese Style with Apple Ice Cream

The newest addition to Kamakura Pasta's "Kamara DORA" series of sweets, "Kamara DORA Brown Cheese Style with Apple Ice Cream," has been announced on the official Twitter account. The price is 693 yen (tax included).

The

moist dorayaki

crust is filled with whipped cream and sweet red bean paste, and topped with a caramel sauce to enjoy. In addition to the standard flavors, seasonal flavors are also available, and one of them will make an appearance this time as well.


The sweet azuki beans are sandwiched between moist dorayaki crusts and topped with brown cheese-style topping and apple ice cream. It is a lighter dessert than it looks.

The brown cheese-like topping has the color, aroma, and sweetness of caramelized goat's milk. The ingredients were imported from Norway.

Apple ice cream is a flavor that spreads a refreshing sweetness. Aomori apples are used.
