7-ELEVEN Caramel Basque Cheese Cake

Basque cheese cake finished in caramel flavor using caramel syrup. The size is about the same as the plain "Basque cheese cake", and the price is 267 yen (tax included).


The moist, smooth and rich texture is similar to plain Basque cheese cake. With a deep and authentic caramel flavor, you can enjoy rich sweetness and burnt bitterness.

Lawson Matcha Basque

Basque-style cheese cake with Uji matcha espresso and Uji matcha powder. It is topped with whipped cream, walnuts, and black honey sauce with brown sugar, and finished with brown sugar caramel on the bottom. It's luxurious, and the price is a little high at 380 yen (tax included) per piece.


You can enjoy the rich flavor of matcha as it is with the plain "basque" with a moist and rich texture. An adult tailoring that makes you feel bittersweet. It is also a nice point to be able to eat while changing the taste with whipped cream or black honey sauce.


It's difficult to compare caramel and matcha because they have different directions, but I wonder if this one feels more bitter.

How is it different from plain?

Both the 7-ELEVEN Caramel Basque Cheese Cake and Lawson's Matcha Basque have a strong flavor claim, and the cheese flavor is hard to feel. The impression that cheese contributes to a creamy texture rather than a taste. If you buy it as a cheesecake, you may get a little "?".
