Motto's New Beef Sukiyaki

Menu Hotto Motto, a take-out bento restaurant, will launch "Beef Sukiyaki Stack," "Beef Sukiyaki Lunch Box" and "W Beef Sukiyaki Lunch Box". The menu offers the winter feast of "beef sukiyaki" at a reasonable price.

Hotto Motto's "Sukiyaki" is a popular menu item that is perfect for the cold season. It is an authentic dish consisting of beef, tofu, Chinese cabbage, onions, leeks, and shirataki (noodles) simmered in a special sauce made of soy sauce, sugar, and mirin (Japanese sweet cooking rice wine).

The sweet and spicy meat and vegetables go perfectly with the rice. The optional sukiyaki omiyaki sauce can also be used to add your favorite flavor to the dish.
