A whole "Sato Nishiki" from Yamagata Prefecture is used in this rice cake wrapped in gyuhi (a type of rice cake made from rice flour). The Gyuhi is made less sweet to enhance the flavor of the cherries. The sweet and sour juice spreads in your mouth and you can enjoy the taste of the season. We are particular about large cherries.

The product will be on sale from June 9 to around June 30. The price is 378 yen (including tax) for 3 grapes.


Renewed

Brown Sugar Torayaki The renewed "Brown Sugar Torayaki" is made with mineral-rich brown sugar from Okinawa and wasanbon molasses from Kagawa, baked into a tiger pattern, and covered with red bean paste made from Hokkaido azuki beans cooked with famous Hakushu water. The tiger patterned dough is made by laying a sheet of paper on a griddle and pouring the dough over it. The dough is not baked directly on the griddle, which gives it a soft texture. The calorie count is 182 kcal per piece.

Setouchi Navona Graduates Lemon and Butter is an an-butter Navona with a refreshing lemon bean paste with lemon peel from Setouchi and fresh butter. You can enjoy the rich yet fruity flavor of the cream. This is a summer-only version of the popular "An Butter Navona.
