thin slice of pork loin 5 sheets (120g)
Chinese nettle tree 1/2 bag
soy sauce 2 teaspoons
broad bean chili paste (Chinese seasoning) 1/2 teaspoon
sesame oil 1 teaspoon
green onion Dosage as desired

Ingredients

5 thin slices of pork loin (120g (4.23oz))
1/2 bag of enoki mushrooms
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
green onion, as desired

Directions

1. cut off the stones from the enoki mushrooms and break them into small pieces. Cut green onion into small pieces.


Spread out the pork loin, place the enoki mushrooms (about 3-4 cm in diameter) on top, and wrap the meat around the loin.
