KEY'S CAFE will introduce a new autumn drink, the "Red Imo Mont Blanc Latte," which will be available at all of its stores from September 15 to late November. There are three types to choose from: hot, iced, and frozen, all priced at 530 yen (tax included).

According to KEY'S CAFE, this is a new seasonal menu item created in response to the increasing attention paid to sweet potato as an ingredient, as evidenced by the recent opening of specialty stores and cafes that focus on sweet potato. It is made with sweet bean paste of Okinawan red sweet potatoes.

As the name suggests, the top of the cake is topped with red sweet potato bean paste squeezed into a Mont Blanc style. The red bean paste can be enjoyed as it is, or mixed with the drink below to enjoy the texture. The rich taste of the red potatoes and the Mont Blanc-like appearance of the drink make it a perfect drink for the coming of autumn.
