Mont Blanc using chestnuts and sweet potatoes, "Mont Blanc with Japanese Chestnuts from Ibaraki" and "Mont Blanc with Red Sweet Potatoes from Okinawa" will be available at Ginza Kozy Corner's fresh cake stores.

Ibaraki Japanese Chestnut Mont Blanc

The "Mont Blanc with Japanese Chestnuts from Ibaraki Prefecture" is made with Japanese chestnut dice and paste under a generous portion of Japanese chestnut bean paste. The mild-tasting whipped cream enhances the flavor of the Japanese chestnuts.

The price is 496 yen (tax included). The product will be on sale from September 16 to January 6, 2023.

Okinawa Beni Imo Mont Blanc

The rich sweetness of the red sweet potato sweet bean paste and the refreshing cheese cream are a perfect match. The mildly sweet brown sugar custard on the base and the kanoko beans on the top accentuate the sweetness.

The price is 453 yen. On sale from September 16 to November 3.


There are no fresh cake stores in Hokkaido, Kyushu, Fukui, Kyoto, Shiga, Tottori, Shimane, Yamaguchi, Ehime, and Kochi prefectures.
