Montblanc is made by layering Chantery cream on a sponge containing a light type custard cream of Aya purple potato from Kagoshima, which is characterized by its bright purple color. Aya purple potato paste from Kagoshima is squeezed on the top surface.

A light type custard cream using Japanese chestnuts from Kasama, Ibaraki Prefecture, and a milk crepe with crepe dough layered on top of each other. Accented with sanded Kasama Japanese chestnut paste. Waguri and light custard cream are also squeezed on the top surface to create a voluminous finish.

The popular "rich baked cheesecake" is now available as a Halloween version. A moist and rich cheesecake made with Hokkaido Ebisu pumpkin paste and cream cheese. Black cocoa powder is used for the base Graham fabric for Halloween specifications.
