BAKE CHEESE TART, a cheese tart specialty store, will sell "Kabocha An Butter Cheese Tart" from September 1 to November 5 (until it is gone). The price is 300 yen per piece (tax included).

Kabocha An Butter Cheese Tart

A "new retro" autumn limited edition product that combines the sweetness of Hokkaido Ebisu pumpkin and the nostalgia of an-butter with a cheese tart. Cheese mousse mixed with Hokkaido Ebisu pumpkin paste is used. The cheese tart is characterized by its crunchy pumpkin-like texture, bright color, sweetness, and aroma.


The mousse is filled with red bean paste from Tokachi, Hokkaido. The surface of the mousse is topped with a bold layer of butter to give it an "anbutter" look. You can enjoy the simple sweetness of pumpkin, the freshness of cream cheese, and the rich flavor of an-butter.


It is topped with pumpkin seeds from "Striped Pepo," a Hokkaido pumpkin whose seeds can be eaten, and powdered sugar. The product is finished with a gorgeous appearance.

We recommend pairing it with black coffee or straight black tea, which goes well with its rich flavor. Match it with a nostalgic soda float or pudding a la mode plate to create a retro coffee shop style table coordinate.
