. This ice cream reproduces the flavor of the rich, sweet and sour "Berry Cheese Tart". It is a combination of baked cheesecake ice cream, berry sauce, and crunchy cookies.
The berry sauce comes in four varieties: strawberry, black currant, raspberry, and cranberry. The ice cream is layered with a cheese coating and topped with two types of cookies, one berry and one buttery.

I scooped a bite from the cookie to the ice cream and ate it... oooooh! Yummmm! The smooth cheese ice cream is rich and creamy, and the sweet and sour berry sauce is tossed in it. The cheese is rich but refreshing, and the berries fill your mouth with juicy juice!
The cookies are really crunchy, and the "baked" and buttery flavor that spreads as you bite into them is just like tart dough. When the ice cream sauce melds with the cookie in your mouth, it is a perfectly cold tart cake. It's so delicious...! No wonder they are selling it again!
At 351 yen per piece (tax included), this is a luxury sweet that is perfect for rewarding yourself, and although it is pricey, you can't go wrong. The quantity is limited, so be sure to try them before they sell out!
