This luxurious dish is made of galette dough with a hint of rum, and filled with custard cream with pears and caramel. The texture of the pear, the slightly warm and soft caramel custard cream, and the crispy choucrée are a perfect match. The gateau basque is a simple yet enjoyable seasonal flavor.

At the store, freshly baked pastries are available in the morning. You can enjoy the buttery flavor of "freshly baked" cake. Also available in a cooled cut size.


Priced at 470 yen for a cut and 1,710 yen for a whole (tax included), available from September 1 to November 30.
