Four seasonal melon sweets are now available at KIHACHI Cafe. KIHACHI now offers "Double Melon Parfait," "KIHACHI's Double Melon Pie," "Melon Shortcake with Vanilla Ice Cream," and "Melon Soup with Panna Cotta and Coconut Gelato Floating on Top.

Double Melon Parfait

Double Melon Parfait" will be available from May 16 to July 15. The price is 1,540 yen (tax included, same below).

In addition to the two types of pulp and melon jelly, layers of refreshing mascarpone cream and white wine jelly are added to complement the melon. The sourness of the crème citron accents the flavor. Vanilla ice cream is also added.

KIHACHI's Double Melon Pie

KIHACHI's Double Melon Pie" will be available from May 16 to July 15. The selling price is 1,430 yen.

The pie features two types of melons: a red melon with mild and refined sweetness and flesh, and a green melon with a mellow aroma and melt-in-your-mouth sweetness, both served in a crispy pie crust.

Melon Shortcake with Vanilla Ice Cream

Melon Shortcake with Vanilla Ice Cream" will be available from May 16 to June 15. The price is 1,320 yen.

This early summer shortcake is made with melon, which is in season, sandwiched between fresh cream and sponge, and served with vanilla ice cream. It is served with vanilla ice cream.

Melon soup with panna cotta and coconut gelato

Melon Soup with Panna Cotta and Coconut Gelato" will be available for order from June 16 to July 15. The selling price is 1,320 yen.

KIHACHI's melon soup with full panna cotta, white wine jelly, and coconut gelato. It can be tasted with coconut meringue.
