A new brand of cookies from Fujiya, "Pallettier" will be introduced. Two types of cookies, "Pallettier (Berry Berry)" and "Pallettier (Orange Lemon)," will be available.

Pallettier (Berry Berry Berry)

Pallettier (Berry Berry Berry) is a seasonal cookie with a lovely appearance and fruit flavor reminiscent of a colorful fruit petit tart. It is said to be enjoyed with tea.

The moist dough with three kinds of sweet and sour berries (strawberry juice, cranberry pulp, and blueberry juice) kneaded into it is wrapped in a crispy, savory dough and formed into a square shape reminiscent of a petit tart. Sweet chocolate chips are added to accent the flavor.

The regular size of 8 pieces will be available at supermarkets and convenience stores from May 24, and the sachet type of 4 pieces will be available at convenience stores only from May 10. The estimated prices are 216 yen (including tax, the same below) and 119 yen, respectively.

Pallettier (Orange Lemon)

The "Pallettier (Orange Lemon)" is a moist dough kneaded with two types of citrus fruits, orange peel and lemon juice, wrapped in a savory, crispy dough and shaped into a square, reminiscent of a petit tart. The refreshing flavors of orange and lemon are said to be enjoyable. The sweet chocolate chips accentuate the flavor.
