Rich milk jam made from freshly squeezed, pastured milk that has been slow-cooked. Two types are available: "Honey" with a gorgeous flavor made with linden honey from Tokachi Apiary, and "Rum Raisin" with a mature taste made with raisins soaked in rum. They can be poured over bread or scones, or paired with fruit or tea. Prices are 935 yen for the honey and 825 yen for the rum raisin (tax included, same below).

An ice cream bar made with Hokkaido fresh cream, milk, and azuki beans. The milk base is a blend of rich fresh cream and milk with a refreshing aftertaste, and is combined with azuki bean jam filled with azuki beans.
