Crushed almonds are rough on the creamy spread that melts! I would like to introduce the "almond cream" I found at KALDI Coffee Farm because it was delicious.

Almond cream using California almonds. More than 40 almonds are used in one product. Peanut cream is a staple, but almond cream is a bit unusual. The price was 398 yen (tax included) with 130g (4.59oz) each.


The base cream is a soft type that is easy to apply to bread. Plenty of crushed almond grains are mixed in this.



The fluffy and smooth cream is lighter than you can imagine. As you chew the almonds, they melt with a milky sweetness.


Instead, the fragrant richness of crushed almonds is fluffy. The sweetness of the aftertaste subsides, and the rich flavor of almonds spreads.
