Shinshu White Peach

Peach jam using peaches from Shinshu. It is simmered in apple juice and lemon juice, and is finished without sugar or thickeners. One bottle contains 140g (4.94oz), and the price is a little higher at 696 yen (tax included).


It's white peach jam, but the color is amber. It has a smooth texture as a jam because it does not use a thickener. Be careful not to spill it when scooping with a spoon, but the advantage is that it is easy to spread on bread.



The mouthfeel is mellow and the taste is rich. You can enjoy the fruity sweetness derived from fruits, and it does not have the sticky weight that is typical of jams. The good sweetness of peaches is everywhere.
