Sokumen Chilled Chinese Noodles Seaweed Salad Style

The popular "Sokumen Chilled Chinese Noodles in Seaweed Salad Style" was released again this year for a limited time only. Due to the popularity of the seaweed salad-style chilled Chinese noodles, this year the amount of white kikurage mushrooms and red chives as ingredients has been increased. With its slippery non-fried noodles and sweet and sour soup, this dish can be enjoyed even in the hot summer months.

Non-fried noodles specially designed for cold Chinese noodles that mix well with the refreshing sauce. The noodles are rinsed in cold water after being drained from the water to give them a smooth texture.

The sauce is a chilled Chinese soup with a balance of sourness and sweetness made from honjozo soy sauce. It is flavored with sesame oil to whet your appetite.

The ingredients are colorful and filling: white kikurage, wakame seaweed, and red chives. The amount of white kikurage and red chives has been increased from last year, making it more filling. Fresh red ginger is added as an optional flavorful accent.
