Kagoshima burdock tea - tried it
This time I used a stainless steel bottle instead of a teapot. 3 minutes produced a surprisingly dark brown color.
The taste is savory and mild. It is easy to drink with no astringency or bitterness. The aroma is not too strong, so it is good to drink with a meal.
Burdock tea contains inulin, a dietary fiber, and is expected to relieve constipation. It is caffeine-free and will be useful regardless of the occasion!
