This is a hot pot ingredient for making "tsukkkanmari," one of the most popular Korean hot pot dishes. 6 convenient portions, one for each person, are available for 270 yen (tax included).


The ingredients and recipe for two servings are as follows.

Example ingredients (for two people)

200g (7.05oz) chicken thighs
1 or 2 potatoes
1 long green onion
2 portions of tteokbang marri
400ml (13.53us fl oz) water

How to make tteokbangmari

Put the portions and water in a pot and heat.


Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces, potatoes into 1cm slices, and green onions into thin strips or about 6cm long.


Add the chopped ingredients to the pot and simmer until cooked through. You can add tteok or garlic to taste.



How does the finished tteokbangmari taste?

Contrary to its clear appearance, the soup has a rich taste. It is full of chicken flavor and garlic flavor.


The addition of chicken further deepens the umami, and the crunchy potatoes make it more satisfying. A single serving of this dish is enough for a quick meal. It's easy to make, just cut up the ingredients and simmer, so it's good for beginners too!
