Lawson "Yakiniku Toraji Supervised Colorful Vegetable Salad" 69kcal, 7.2g carbohydrates, crispy lettuce, fried lotus root and burdock root with savory accents

I tried Lawson's "Yakiniku Toraji Supervised Colorful Vegetable Salad". Fresh Japanese lettuce is accented with fried lotus root and fried burdock root. It contains 69kcal, 1.7g (0.25oz) of protein, 3.2g (0.07oz) of fat, 7.2g (0.07oz) of carbohydrates, 2.2g (0.07oz) of dietary fiber, and 1.47g (1.66oz) of salt equivalent, and is priced at 340 yen (tax included).

Yakiniku Toraji's Colorful Vegetable Salad

This salad is inspired by the fourth generation of Toraji salads that are sold at Yakiniku Toraji restaurants. The texture of the fried vegetables and fresh vegetables is combined well with the dressing containing grated vegetables.

In addition to lettuce, the raw vegetables include daikon, leaf lettuce, carrots, green onions, red and yellow bell peppers, purple onions, and chili peppers. Top with fried lotus root and burdock root, and drizzle with dressing, and you are ready to eat.

The crispy texture and spiciness of the fried vegetables complement each other and the crunchy texture of the fresh leafy greens, creating a delightful eating experience. The chili peppers, green onions, and the Japanese flavor of the dressing combine to create an Asian taste. The salad itself is a refreshing vegetable-based dish, but what makes it a bit sinful is that you may want to eat it with white rice or grilled meat.
