White wine / water 2 tablespoons

Steamed salmon and cauliflower curry

Ingredients (for 2 people)

2 slices of raw salmon Salt, pepper, coarse black pepper, a little flour, 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Cauliflower 1/3 strain Curry powder / granule consomme 1/2 teaspoon
2 tablespoons of white wine and water

How to make steamed salmon and cauliflower curry

Mix curry powder, white wine, water, and granule consomme in a container.

Divide the cauliflower into small bunches and slice.


Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with flour.


Heat olive oil in a frying pan, line up the salmon, and bake on both sides until browned.
