Gorojima Kintoki potato and apple pie

A pie cake made by squeezing custard cream with apples and Gorojima Kintoki potato cream on a pie crust and baking it. A combination of apples and potatoes that is perfect for autumn. The price is 440 yen (tax included, same below).

Fruitful autumn shortcake

A shortcake with light custard cream, premium chantery cream, and pear syrup pickled on a sponge. The top surface is decorated with Kyoho, pickled apple syrup, pickled pear syrup, and pickled pink grapefruit syrup, which are perfect for autumn. The price is 581 yen.

Dolce of Fuji apples from Aomori prefecture

A luxurious dolce made by squeezing caramel custard cream on vanilla mousse and decorating it with plenty of Fuji apples from Aomori prefecture. The price is 520 yen.
