avocado 1/2 piece
Olive oil / milk 1 tsp
mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
Mustard 1/2 teaspoon
salt a little

Eggplant with avocado

Ingredients (for 2 people)

2 eggplants 1/2 avocado Olive oil / milk 1 teaspoon
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon of mustard
A little salt

How to make eggplant with avocado

Wash the eggplant, cut off the calyx, and cut into bite-sized pieces.


Place in a heat-resistant container and sprinkle with olive oil. Wrap gently and heat in a microwave oven at 500W for 3 minutes.


After heating, remove the wrap and drain.

In a separate container, combine the avocado, milk, mayonnaise, mustard and salt, and mix while crushing the avocado.



Add eggplant and mix to complete.
