Mini Tomatoes with Garlic Oil
Ingredients (2 to 3 servings)
About 15 small tomatoes
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt, black pepper, dried basil, to taste
Directions
Remove the stems from the small tomatoes, wash and pat dry. Cut in half and place in a heatproof container.
Finely chop garlic.
Heat garlic and olive oil in a frying pan over low heat to transfer the garlic flavor to the oil. When fragrant, turn off the heat. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
Add the contents of the pan, dried basil, salt, and black pepper to the container with the mini-tomatoes and mix all together.
