"Thick sliced tonteki set meal" is sold at Matsuya. Available from May 4th.

Matsuya's "Thick Sliced Tonteki Set Meal" uses shoulder loin, which has a rich flavor even in pork. Large-sized, thick-sliced meat is slowly roasted on an iron plate to make it soft and juicy.

Two types of sauce will be prepared this time. The first is "Chaliapin sauce". A classic Western-style sauce with condensed onions and garlic flavors that have been boiled down to a light brown color. The Japanese-style tailoring that goes well with rice and the mellow taste make it a perfect match with topping butter. The second source will be released on May 11th. Details will be released at a later date.
