Set Meal "Matsuya-style" Lomo Saltado Set Meal" is a product developed in collaboration with Mizkan under the theme of "something refreshing and rice-packed during the rainy season. It is a set meal of "Lomo Saltado," a Peruvian dish of stir-fried meat and vegetables with soy sauce, vinegar, and spices.


The dish is flavored with "ponzu" (vinegar), "garlic" and "spices" to suit Japanese rice. Juicy barbecued pork, vegetables such as onions and bell peppers, and French fries are fragrantly stir-fried in a spicy sauce, providing 1/3 of the daily requirement of vegetables.

You can choose the amount of meat from 1 piece (4 slices) to 4 pieces. Prices are 790 yen for 1 piece, 890 yen for 2 pieces, 990 yen for 3 pieces, and 1,090 yen for 4 pieces, all including tax. The take-out meal does not include miso soup, which can be purchased separately for 60 yen.


The daily vegetable requirement is the 350g (12.35oz) intake recommended by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.
