Stir-fried dried daikon and minced meat curry
Ingredients (for 2-3 people)
Kiriboshi daikon 30g (1.06oz)
Minced meat 180g (6.35oz)
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 tablespoon of soy sauce and sake
1 teaspoon sugar and curry powder
Appropriate amount of salt, pepper and green onions
How to make
Soak the dried daikon in lukewarm water. After about 20 minutes, squeeze the water well.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan, fry the minced meat, and season with salt and pepper. When the color changes, add dried daikon radish and fry further.
Add soy sauce, sake, sugar and curry powder, mix the whole and drain.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle chopped green onions to complete.
