At the Japanese family restaurant "Washoku SATO", the "Nabe Matsuri 2nd" event, which has four types of hot pot dishes, is scheduled to be held until the end of March. "White miso-style mellow meat hot pot" with lively meat has appeared. Please note that it will not be sold in the Kanto 1 metropolitan area and 3 prefectures and the Kawachinagano store.

The selling price is 1,298 yen (excluding tax). You can choose one type from "ramen", "udon", and "rice" for each hot pot dish.

"White miso-style mellow meat hot pot" is a meat mountain with plenty of meat that is impressive in appearance. White miso is used for the dashi stock, which enhances the taste of meat and vegetables. Made with "sweet and spicy sauce" so that you can "change the taste" spicy on the way.


"Sake lees & Jiuqu Toro-ri fermented hot pot" is a hot pot that warms the body by adding sake lees and raw soy sauce to the soup stock. If you add the attached "Tororo potato / cheese" in the middle, it will turn into a simmering pot.


"Sankai Chanko Nabe" is a hot pot with plenty of ingredients such as vegetables and pork, and seafood such as shrimp and squid. It goes well with chicken soup stock and you can enjoy it until the end.


"Plenty of motsunabe" uses a rich soy sauce-based soup stock and contains plenty of beef offal.
