Commitment to meat
Bikkuri Donkey's natural beef is used in Korokoro steak. The standards are "grazing and breeding centered on pasture without using grain feed" and "not using growth hormone agents".
Natural beef from Australia and New Zealand is shipped refrigerated from a butcher shop to a Bikkuri Donkey store without freezing. By aging in the chilled state, the composition of the meat changes and it becomes a delicious beef. We transport from overseas by cold chain (a distribution method that transports from the production area to the consumption area while maintaining a low temperature state), and deliver ingredients that have cleared strict temperature control and hygiene control directly to the store.
The "Korokoro Steak Meat Addition Campaign" is being held until March 31st at Bikkuri Donkeys nationwide. "Meat-filled Korokoro Steak" and "150g (5.29oz) hamburger & meat-filled Korokoro Steak" with increased lean meat are on sale for a limited time.
