■ Materials
2 frozen udon noodles, 2 fried tofu

(Udon soup)
Water 500ml (16.91us fl oz)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Mentsuyu (2 sheets concentrated) 1 tablespoon
2 teaspoons of sugar
Hon-Dashi 1 teaspoon

(Fried)
100 ml of water
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon mirin
1 tablespoon sugar

Appropriate amount of your favorite ingredients such as green onions

■ How to make
Pour boiling water to drain the fried tofu and cut into triangles.

Add 100 ml of water, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of mirin, 1 tablespoon of sugar and fried tofu to a frying pan and boil.

After boiling, simmer both sides of the fried tofu for about 2 minutes each. If you turn off the heat and leave it as it is, the juice will soak into the fried tofu.

Put 500 ml of water, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of mentsuyu, 2 teaspoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of Hon-Dashi in a pan and let it boil.

Pour the frozen udon noodles warmed in the microwave and the udon soup you made earlier into a bowl, and top with the fried tofu and your favorite ingredients to complete the udon noodles!
