"W Katsu Curry Udon" is a hearty dish with two juicy oversized loin cutlets on top of the curry udon. The loin cutlet fried crispy using raw bread crumbs is said to be able to enjoy the tenderness of thick loin meat, juicy gravy, and the sweetness of fat.
The curry soup stock is made by adding the spicy soup stock and chopped kitsune soup stock that is boiled in the store every day to create a mellow Japanese-style taste with less spiciness.
For additional toppings, topping cheese (140 yen), which is a combination of natural cheese and Parmesan cheese, will be prepared. The thick cheese flavor will add to the richness of the curry.
