Western-style dorayaki "YODORA" has 5 flavors such as mango and raspberry! Butter cream & fruit combination

Western-style dorayaki "YODORA" will be on sale from January 14th from Akanemaru, a maker of bean paste and dorayaki. Handling on the official website and Rakuten.

"YODORA" appears as the second product commemorating the 80th anniversary of its founding. Five flavors are available: mango, raspberry, blueberry, matcha, and anmitsu. We repeatedly researched the combination of "ingredients such as fruit juice" and "butter cream", which are the key to flavors, so that you can enjoy the unique "taste" with different facial expressions. It was developed in pursuit of the best match of flavor and color.

For mango, dry mango is added to butter cream with plenty of mango juice to add a feeling of mango. The texture of chocolate chips and cashew nuts is an accent.

Raspberry is a raspberry-flavored butter cream with a refreshing acidity of dried raspberries and blueberries. Dry figs and almonds create a pleasant texture.

For blueberries, add dried raspberries, dried cranberries, and raisins to blueberry-flavored butter cream. The secret blue cheese enhances the sweetness of the cream and the acidity of the berries.

Matcha is a butter cream containing 8% matcha powder mixed with rum raisins and cashew nuts as a filling. The sour accent of raisins is addictive to the certain bitterness of matcha.

Anmitsu is a combination of butter cream with red bean paste, pineapple and mandarin oranges. The chewy texture of Gyuhi is fun, and the finish is just like anmitsu condensed tightly.
