A dish made from the rich aroma of Uji matcha and the refreshing taste of matcha cream with less bitterness, made into a voluminous dorayaki. The dorayaki dough, which is baked one by one on a copper plate, has a Japanese flavor by adding soy sauce to the secret flavor.
