"Craft beer" has appeared in the Tendon chain "Tendon Tenya". Only available at 13 stores. Two types, "Hitachino Nest White Ale" and "Yona Yona Ale," have been selected as brands that match tempura.
The selling price is 450 yen (tax included, same below). It was prepared for the demand for "a little drink" at Tenya during the long autumn nights.
"Yona Yona Ale" is a glossy amber liquid color. The aroma hop "Cascade" is used to enjoy a gorgeous and plump scent reminiscent of citrus fruits. Tempura is for people who are Tentsuyu and meat.
"Hitachino Nest White Ale" is a light turbid liquid color with coriander, orange peel and nutmeg added. It features a refreshing aroma of herbs and a slight acidity and soft taste of wheat malt. Tempura is suitable for people who are salt or fish.
You can also order "4 Tempura & Craft Beer Set" for 650 yen. One cup of Yona Yona Ale or Hitachi's Nest White Ale comes with shrimp, lotus root, green beans, and squid tempura.
