At Tendon Tendon and each store, the first summer pickling "Tarezuke Oedo Tendon" using live conger eel, large squid, and shrimp and "Summer vegetable tendon" using domestic summer vegetables will be held in June. It will be on sale for a limited time from the 24th.

Sauce Oedo Tendon

"Tarezuke Oedo Tendon" is a tendon made by passing the fluffy "live conger eel", the chewy "large squid", the classic "shrimp" and "green beans" into the sweet and spicy sauce of the tenya. Unlike the usual crispy tendon, the tempura soaked in sauce goes well with the soft-boiled egg. It has been available since 2007 as Tenya's annual summer menu.

"Summer vegetable tendon" is a total of "rice eggplant" which was popular last year (2020), "Tosa sweet potato" which first appeared, "celery" which is made into tempura with whole leaves, and "zucchini" which has a refreshing taste. Tendon with 4 kinds of domestic summer vegetables. It is a dish that you can enjoy refreshingly with sweet and spicy sauce.
