Easy to mix "Persimmon with white" recipe

Material ( For 2 people )
Tofu 150g (5.29oz)
persimmon 1/2 piece
Sugar / soy sauce 2 teaspoons each
Sesame seeds 1 tablespoon

Persimmon with white

Ingredients (for 2 people)

Cotton tofu 150g (5.29oz)
1/2 persimmon 2 teaspoons each of sugar and soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame seeds

How to make

Wrap the tofu in kitchen paper, put a weight on it, and drain it for 15 to 20 minutes.


Peel the persimmon and cut it into pieces about 1 cm square.


Put the drained tofu in a bowl and crush it with a spatula to make a paste. Add sugar, soy sauce and sesame seeds and mix.



Just before eating, add persimmon and mix, and serve on a plate to complete.
