The chocolate brand "Meiji The Chocolate" has been renewed. Four new flavors with redesigned packaging are on sale from the end of September.

New Meiji The Chocolate

There are four types in the lineup: Venezuela, Brazil, Peru, and Dominica. All contents are 50g (1.76oz) and the price is 220 yen (excluding tax).


The previous series had various cacao content, but this time all four types are unified with 70% cacao. It is easier to feel the difference in aroma and taste that differs depending on the production area.

Venezuelan cacao 70

The package color is blue. The characteristic of the cacao used is "Natti".

The package color is yellow. The characteristic of cacao is "fruity".

Peruvian cacao 70

The package color is red. The characteristic of the cacao used is "floral".

The package color is green, and the characteristic of the cacao used is "spicy".
