From "Cafe & Bar PRONTO", new autumn menus such as "Red Snow Crab and Salmon Roe Omar Sauce" will be released on October 1st.

■ Autumn new menu (cafe time)
"Red Snow Crab and Salmon Roe Omar Sauce" is a flavorful Omar-based cream sauce fresh pasta topped with red snow crab from Sakaiminato, Tottori Prefecture. You can enjoy fresh pasta with a chewy texture that is entwined with the delicious taste of luxurious seafood. The price is 800 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below).


"Japanese style of thick shiitake mushrooms and mountain enoki mushrooms" is a mushroom pasta that combines thick shiitake mushrooms, mountain enoki mushrooms, and bunashimeji with mushroom sauce using mushrooms from Funagata Town, Yamagata Prefecture. It is a dish with a large leaf of topping as an accent, and you can fully feel the taste of mushrooms. The price is 740 yen.


■ Autumn new menu (bar time)
"Smoked salmon from Hokkaido" is smoked salmon from Hokkaido with hickory chips. It's a perfect snack for whiskey that you can't stop once you start eating. The price is 430 yen.
