"Mushroom and Pancetta Bosky Aura" is a fragrant "lumberjack-style" spaghetti. Contains mushrooms, suillus luteus, boletus, and 3 types of mushrooms. Seasonal menu.

The pasta that was brought in was full of mushrooms than expected! It also contains bacon and is sprinkled with cheese toppings.


A dish that is great for mushroom lovers, where you can eat three kinds of mushrooms at the same time. You can enjoy the delicious taste of various mushrooms every time you bring it to your mouth, such as plump mushrooms, smooth slimy sardines, and crunchy boletus. It's even more delicious when eaten with cheese! It is a seasoning that is not too heavy and can be eaten lightly.



However, I feel that the taste is not punchy, so it is recommended to add seasonings that you can use freely as you like. Add mill-ground black pepper and chili flakes for a slightly more mature taste.
