Nagaimo 200g (7.05oz)
Grated garlic 1 teaspoon or 2 teaspoons tube
Olive oil 1 tablespoon
Sake, soy sauce, sugar 1 tbsp each
Green laver and pepper Appropriate amount

Nagaimo garlic soy sauce steak

Ingredients (for 2 people)

Nagaimo 200g (7.05oz)
1 grated garlic or 2 teaspoons tube
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon each of sake, soy sauce, and sugar
Appropriate amount of green laver and pepper

How to make

Make a sauce by mixing sake, soy sauce, and sugar in a bowl.


Peel the long potatoes and cut them into round slices of about 1 cm.


Heat olive oil in a frying pan and add garlic.


When the garlic scent comes out, add the long potatoes. Add a double-sided roast color over medium heat.


When the chopsticks are soft enough to pass through, add the sauce and simmer while entwining.
