A new type of cheetara with a fluffy texture. At a glance, it resembles flat pasta or shimen, but it is made very thin. The random length is about 5 to 10 cm. The price is 198 yen per bag (tax included).


It is light and fluffy in the mouth, with an initial sweet and sour flavor similar to pizza tomato sauce. As it gradually gains moisture, the cheese becomes richer and richer. The aftertaste, which becomes richer and richer, is addictive! It's a little janky, and the taste makes me want to drink beer or chuhai rather than wine. Although fish meat is used in this dish, you don't feel the fishiness so much as the cheese.
