Hot cake mix 150g (5.29oz)
Shiratamako 25g (0.88oz)
1 egg milk 150ml (5.07us fl oz)
1 tablespoon of salad oil
Besides, you can prepare your favorite toppings such as whipped cream and fruits.
How to make
Put Shiratamako in a bowl, add milk little by little and mix well like kneading with a rubber spatula.
While melting Shiratamako
Add eggs and salad oil and mix with a whisk.
Add the pancake mix in two portions and mix each time.
Spread oil (outside the amount) on a frying pan, heat it, and pour the dough scooped with a ladle. Bake on both sides for 2 to 3 minutes on each side to complete!
What is its taste?
